Vaughn Electric Company has been in business since 1949 and has expanded greatly since our early days in business. Our business has grown and changed drastically over the last 74 years, but one thing that has not changed is that safety is at the forefront of our operations.

We place our highest priority on safety. No amount of money is worth an injury or a loss of life. Our foremost objective is for each person to return home every day in the same or better condition than when he or she started. We actively search for ways to do our work more safely, in a manner that promotes the highest level of protection for people, the environment, and our companies.

VEC and our subsidiaries are proud to have an in-house safety manager, Kristy Owens. Mrs. Owens leads our safety endeavors throughout our operations by providing everything from safety personnel including various regulatory audits and specialty trainings. VEC is committed to having the very best professional resources available to lead and guide our employees in the industries we serve, which is why we are glad to have our own in-house safety manager embedded in our daily operations.
